I have reached the conclusion that I absolutely loathe weekends when I’m ill, due to the excessive free time I have. The amount of food that I consume is enormous and due to health problems I cannot work out either, and that leads to gaining weight every weekend and then spending the next several days trying to lose it again.
Can’t wait till I’m back to full health so that all the free time could be spent running and doing loads of exercises for different muscle groups.
